广播电视节目内容智慧监管系统研究

传统的广播电视节目人工监管方式效率较低,无法满足网络时代下的监管需求,必须创建智慧监管系统,加强节目内容、广告信息智能监测,提升监管准确度,从而节约设备与人工投入成本,维护广播电视节目的播出秩序。为此,需明确系统建设目的,通过功能需求分析,针对系统所需的功能进行设计,并对节目内容分析系统、广告监测系统、节目检索系统以及内容监听系统等功能进行优化,为观众营造良好的节目内容播出氛围。

The traditional manual supervision of radio and television programs is inefficient and can not meet the supervision needs in the network era. We must create an intelligent supervision system, strengthen the intelligent monitoring of program content and advertising information, and improve the accuracy of supervision, so as to save the cost of equipment and labor investment and maintain the broadcasting order of radio and television programs. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the purpose of system construction, design the functions required by the system through functional demand analysis, and optimize the functions of program content analysis system,advertising monitoring system, program retrieval system and content monitoring system, so as to create a good atmosphere for audience to broadcast program content.
