基于图像像素分析技术的铁塔垂直度测试方案

摘要 通信铁塔是无线通信传输系统的重要组成部分,承担着无线通信信号对外发射的传输任务。当前铁塔垂直度检测的常用方法是通过经纬仪来观测铁塔垂直度偏离并进行读取或计算。针对目前垂直度测量存在的判读误差大,图像保存不易等现实问题,通过对普通经纬仪进行CCD电子目镜改装,实现观测图像的数字化呈现及采集,提升了测量过程中的读数精度,同时运用图像像素分析法对自立式铁塔垂直度测量分析方案加以改进,通过整理分析相关参数,对铁塔垂直度及塔身结构扭转变化的规律进行总结。 Communication tower is an important part of wireless communication transmission system, which undertakes the transmission task of wireless communication signals. At present, the common method of tower verticality detection is to observe the deviation of tower verticality through theodolite and read or calculate it. In view of the practical problems existing in the current verticality measurement,such as large interpretation error and difficult image preservation, through the refitting of CCD electronic eyepiece of ordinary theodolite,the digital presentation and acquisition of observation image are realized, and the reading accuracy in the measurement process is improved. At the same time, the image pixel analysis method is used to improve the verticality measurement and analysis scheme of self-supporting iron tower, by sorting and analyzing the relevant parameters, the laws of the verticality of the tower and the torsion of the tower body structure are summarized.
