上海市“七人普”建筑物清查信息系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Building Survey Information System for the Seventh National Census of Shanghai

人口普查是全面掌握人口状况的重要手段。2020年,我国迎来第七次全国人口普查。为明确普查区边界,落实普查机构和普查人员职责范围,上海市在正式入户普查之前开展了建筑物清查工作。根据建筑物清查的工作流程和业务需求,构建了建筑物清查指标体系,搭建了建筑物清查数据库,并利用WebGIS技术设计并研发了建筑物清查信息系统,包括边界线核实子系统、建筑物标绘子系统和普查小区划分子系统,包含了区划边界调整、建筑物属性填报和空间图形编辑、普查小区划分、普查数据审核、普查进度统计等多种功能,为建筑物清查工作提供了数据和软件支撑。

Census is an important means to grasp the population situation.In 2020,China will usher in the seventh national census.In order to clarify the boundaries of the census area and implement the scope of responsibilities of the census institutions and census personnel,Shanghai carried out building survey before official household census.According to the workflow and requirements of this inventory,the building survey index system is constructed,the building inventory database is built,and the building inventory information system is designed and developed by using WebGIS technology,including the boundary verification subsystem,the building plotting subsystem and the census district division subsystem.It includes many functions,such as boundary adjustment,attribute filling and spatial graphics editing of building,census district division,census data audit,census progress statistics,etc.,which provides data and software support for building survey project.
