蒸发器融霜水再利用装置在中温自携风幕柜上的应用

摘要 本项研究目的是解决中温自携风幕柜在自动融霜过程中,低温蒸发器融霜水再利用问题。通过技术升级改造,中温自携风幕柜自携冷凝机组部分增加了蒸发器融霜水再利用装置。通过实验测试对比,具有蒸发器融霜水再利用装置的中温自携风幕柜,柜内M-包平均温度降低0.7℃,蒸发器融霜水日蓄取量减少8 kg/24h,压缩机排气管外表面温度降低5℃,日耗电量减少1.5 kW·h/24h,蒸发器入口和出口温度也有所升高。从而验证了蒸发器融霜水再利用装置能有效改善工作环境及工作工况,提高了制冷系统蒸发温度,增大了自携冷凝机组的制冷量。 The present invention provides a solution to reusing the defrost water during the medium-temperature refrigerated display cabinets with self-contained condensing unit defrosting.Through technical upgrading and transformation,The mediumtemperature refrigerated display cabinets with self-contained condensing unit equipped defrost water module for recycling.Through experimentation and comparison,we can discover the average temperature of M-package in the cabinet is reduced by 0.7℃,the daily storage capacity of evaporator defrosting water is reduced by 8 kg/24h,the temperature of compressor exhaust pipe is reduced by 5℃,the daily power consumption is reduced by 1.5 kW·h/24h,the inlet and outlet temperatures of evaporator are also increased.Thus,it is verified that the defrost water module for recycling can effectively improve the working environment and working conditions,and the refrigeration capacity of the self-contained condensing unit is increased.
