摘要
[目的]总结裘生梁主任中医师应用温运脾阳、清养胃阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。[方法]通过跟师临证、搜集病案,分析慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机,为温运脾阳、清养胃阴法的临床运用提供依据,并附临床验案加以验证。[结果]裘师结合患者临床症状及多年临床经验,认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机总属脾阳失运、胃阴亏虚,针对其病因病机,采用温运脾阳、清养胃阴之法,妙用辛、甘、酸味药物,同时重视调整患者生活习惯和情志疏导。所附临床验案辨证为胃阴亏虚,治拟温运脾阳、清养胃阴,灵活运用辛、甘、酸味药物,取得满意的临床疗效。[结论]裘师以温运脾阳、清养胃阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效确切,值得进一步推广应用。
[Objective]To summarize Chief Physician of traditional Chinese medicine QIU Shengliang's experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)by warming spleen Yang and nourishing stomach Yin.[Methods]Through collecting medical records and following teachers'clinical observation,the pathogenesis of CAG was analyzed,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of warming spleen Yang and nourishing stomach Yin,and one clinical case was added to verify.[Results]Combined with the physiological characteristics,psychological state and living habits of the patients,Chief Physician QIU believes that the pathogenesis of CAG was dysfunction of spleen Yang and deficiency of stomach Yin.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of CAG,the method of warming spleen Yang and nourishing stomach Yin is adopted,and spicy,sweet and sour herbs are used,and at the same time,the living habits and emotion of the patients are adjusted.The attached clinical case was differentiated as deficiency of stomach Yin,the treatment was intended to warm spleen Yang,nourish stomach Yin,spicy,sweet and sour herbs were used flexibly,and it achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.[Conclusion]Chief Physician QIU’s treatment of CAG by warming spleen Yang and nourishing stomach Yin is effective and worthy of further application.
