围绝经期女性中医体质调查及个体化膏方干预研究

The investigation on traditional Chinese medicine constitution of perimenopausal women and intervention study of individualized ointment

目的探讨不同体质的绝经综合征患者应用龟鹿二仙胶加减膏滋方干预的效果。方法通过对232例绝经综合征女性患者进行体质调查,采用《中医体质调查问卷》和《中医体质分类与判定自测表》,并应用改良kupperman评分表对患者进行体质评估,运用“辨病—辨证—辨体—辨症”诊疗模式,以龟鹿二仙胶加减为主方进行个体化干预,随访用药后围绝经期症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况,并再次进行问卷调查、kupperman评分。结果八种体质类型绝经综合征患者在治疗前后的Kupperman评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后的Kupperman评分严重程度均好转。结论龟鹿二仙胶加减膏滋方干预绝经综合征,能够从根本上做到防病治病,且未发现有毒副作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the intervention of the paste formula of the addition and subtraction of Guilu Erxian glue on menopausal syndrome patients with different constitutions.Methods Through the constitution survey of 232 female patients with the menopausal syndrome,the traditional Chinese medicine constitution questionnaire and the traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and determination self-assessment form were used,and the modified Kupperman scale was used to evaluate the patients'constitution,using the diagnosis and treatment mode of"disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation-constitution differentiation-symptom differentiation",and the addition and subtraction of Guilu Erxian glue was used as the main formula for individualized intervention.The improvement of perimenopausal symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions were followed up after medication,with questionnaires and Kupperman score being measured again.Results There were significant differences in Kupperman scores before and after treatment in female patients with the menopausal syndrome of eight constitution types(P<0.05),and the severity of Kupperman scores improved after treatment.Conclusion With the addition and subtraction of Guilu Erxian glue as the main formula,and making a paste for oral administration to intervene,which can fundamentally achieve disease prevention and treatment,without noticing toxic side effects.
