不孕不育患者应用心理护理的效果研究

Study on the effect of psychological nursing for infertile patients

目的 分析不孕不育症患者在治疗过程中采用心理护理干预效果,为不孕不育患者的治疗提供帮助。方法 选择2018年1月—2020年4月山东省滕州市中心人民医院收治的118例不孕不育患者,按照患者的入院顺序分成研究组和对照组各59例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者在常规护理基础上采用心理护理。比较两组患者的护理满意率和心理状态评分。结果 研究组护理总满意率为94.92%,高于对照组的83.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组HAMD及HAMA评分均低于干预前,研究组HAMD及HAMA评分为(7.82±1.67)和(13.67±1.57)分,低于对照组的(9.20±1.78)和(15.03±2.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对不孕不育患者实施心理护理,提升了患者的护理满意率,改善了患者的抑郁及焦虑情绪,值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment process of infertility patients, so as to provide help for the treatment of infertility patients. Methods A total of 118infertile patients treated in Shandong Province Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 59 cases in each group according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the study group were treated with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction rate and psychological state score of patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 94.92%, which was higher than 83.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After the intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were(7.82±1.67) and(13.67±1.57) points, which were lower than those of the control group with(9.20±1.78) and(15.03±2.15) points, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing for infertile patients improved the nursing satisfaction rate of patients and alleiated the depression and anxiety of patients, which was worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
