预防输液中液体外渗方法的研究进展

静脉输液在临床上的应用时间较长,如今静脉输液在临床上广泛用于抢救和治疗患者,具有快速达到药物疗效浓度、刺激较小等优点,通过静脉给药治疗能够起到有效的治疗效果,提高了患者的疾病治愈率和生活质量。静脉输液虽操作简单但讲究技巧,护理人员需要具备熟练的操作技术和扎实的专业知识;因为静脉输液一旦操作不当,患者易产生疼痛感、局部肿胀、坏死、溃疡等,甚至导致患者意外死亡。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,患者在就医过程中更加重视治疗效果和治疗技术,对医疗卫生服务的要求也越来越高。如何预防输液过程中液体外渗、提高患者的护理满意度成为了临床护理人员研究的热点课题。本文分析了静脉输液中液体外渗产生时的临床表现及液体外渗产生的原因,通过结合自身多年的门诊输液经验及检索近年来临床静脉输液研究文献资料,综述了几种能够有效预防输液中液体外渗的方法的研究进展,以便提高静脉输液的安全性、临床疗效及患者的护理满意度。

Intravenous infusion has been used in clinical practice for a long time. Nowadays, intravenous infusion is widely used in clinical rescue and treatment of patients. It has the advantages of fast reaching the concentration of drug efficacy and less stimulation. Intravenous administration can have a significant therapeutic effect, improving the cure rate and quality of life of patients. Although the operation of intravenous infusion is simple, but requires skills. Nursing staff need to have proficient operation skills and solid professional knowledge;because once the intravenous infusion is not properly operated, patients are prone to pain, local swelling, necrosis, ulcers, etc., and even lead to accidental death of patients. In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more attention to the therapeutic effect and treatment technology in the process of seeking medical treatment, and the demand for medical and health services is becoming higher and higher. How to prevent fluid exosmosis and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction has become a hot topic in clinical nursing staff. This paper analyzes the clinical manifestations of fluid exosmosis in intravenous infusion and the causes of fluid exosmosis. By combining the experience of outpatient infusion for many years and retrieving the literature of clinical intravenous infusion research in recent years, this paper reviews the research progress of several methods that can effectively prevent fluid exosmosis in intravenous infusion, in order to improve the safety, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients.
