摘要
盆底功能障碍性疾病是临床上一种常见的妇科疾病,主要发病人群为生育后的中老年女性。女性在妊娠与分娩的时候,容易造成盆底肌损伤,如果产后不进行有效的康复训练与护理,会导致出现尿失禁、阴道松弛和子宫脱垂,为患者增添了心理负担,还有部分患者出现抑郁表现,严重影响患者的生活质量。盆底功能障碍性疾病的主要发病原因是盆底支持结构出现了缺陷,功能障碍与损伤等因素导致盆腔脏器发生异常疾病,主要因分娩、肥胖或妊娠导致。盆底功能障碍性疾病的患者临床上常见的症状有性功能障碍、尿失禁以及盆腔器官脱垂等,严重影响女性的身体与心理健康。部分产妇会在产后的第42天进行盆底肌康复训练,但是仍然有部分产妇缺乏对盆底肌功能障碍性疾病的认识,不重视产后的护理与盆底肌康复训练,因此对盆底功能障碍性疾病的研究具有重要价值。
Pelvic floor dysfunction disease is a common gynecological disease in clinic. The main affected population is middle-aged and elderly women after childbirth. This is because women are easy to cause pelvic floor muscle damage during pregnancy and childbirth. If effective rehabilitation training and nursing are not carried out after delivery, it will lead to urinary incontinence, vaginal relaxation and uterine prolapse, which adds psychological burden to patients. Some patients will have depression symptoms that have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. The main causes of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases are the defects of pelvic floor support structure, dysfunction and injury and other factors, which lead to abnormal diseases of pelvic organs. It is mainly due to childbirth, obesity or pregnancy. The common clinical symptoms of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease include sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, which seriously affect women’s physical and psychology health.The pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training will be carried out on the 42nd day of postpartum. However,some areas lacks the understanding of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction diseases and does not pay attention to postpartum nursing and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training. Therefore, the research on pelvic floor dysfunction diseases is of great value.
