喜炎平联合乙酰半胱氨酸对小儿支原体肺炎效果 被引量:1

Effect of Xiyanping combined with acetylcysteine on mycoplasma pneumonia in children

摘要 目的 分析喜炎平联合乙酰半胱氨酸吸入治疗对支原体肺炎患儿肺功能及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月深圳市龙岗区第四人民医院儿科收治的94例支原体肺炎患儿,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和研究组各47例。对照组应用乙酰半胱氨酸吸入治疗,研究组应用喜炎平联合乙酰半胱氨酸吸入治疗。比较两组患儿的肺功能指标、炎症因子水平及总有效率。结果 治疗后,两组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-2、IL-13、TNF-α均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.029,P=0.045)。结论 喜炎平联合乙酰半胱氨酸吸入治疗对支原体肺炎患儿的疗效较好,可改善肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of Xiyanping combined with acetylcysteine inhalation on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of94 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Department of Pediatrics of Shenzhen Longgang District the Fourth People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 47 cases in each group, according to different treatment schemes. The control group was treated with acetylcysteine inhalation, and the study group was treated with Xiyanping combined with acetylcysteine inhalation. The pulmonary function index, inflammatory factor level and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the study group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, IL-2、IL-13、TNF-α of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the study group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than 82.98% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.029,P =0.045). Conclusion Xiyanping combined with acetylcysteine inhalation had a good effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia, which could improve lung function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
