重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor topical solution on radiation oral mucositis

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗放疗所致口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察。方法选取2018年6月至2019年11月收入我院的鼻咽癌患者80例。采用随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)与基础组(40例),基础组采取硼砂漱口液治疗,研究组采取重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及疼痛程度。结果研究组治疗效果优于基础组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组轻中重疼痛程度均低于基础组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液治疗放疗所致口腔黏膜炎可减轻患者疼痛,加快溃疡面愈合,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor topical solution in the treatment of oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy.Methods Eighty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled and randomly divide the study group(40 cases)and the basic group(40 cases).The basic group was treated with borax mouthwash,and the study group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor topical solution.The efficacy and pain degree of the two groups of patients were monitored.Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the basic group(P<0.05).The degree of mild,moderate,and severe pain in the study group was lower than that in the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor topical solution for oral mucositis by radiotherapy can reduce the pain,accelerate the healing of the ulcer surface,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
