行气散结解毒方辅助马应龙痔疮膏治疗环状混合痔术后患者疗效分析

Clinical analysis of Xingqi Sanjie Jiedu formula assisted with Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of postoperative patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids

目的研讨环状混合痔术后患者辅用行气散结解毒方与马应龙痔疮膏的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月-2020年6月在本医院行环状混合痔手术的84例患者作为研究对象,依照随机数表模式设组,对照组(n=42)术后仅给予马应龙痔疮膏使用,观察组(n=42)基于对照组条件辅用行气散结解毒方治疗,比较两组方案疗效、肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间以及新生血管形成等指标。结果观察组方案总有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的创面恢复效果评分(水肿、疼痛等)低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生血管形成指标(VEGF、PDFG等)显示,观察组治疗后上述指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环状混合痔术后患者辅用行气散结解毒方与马应龙痔疮膏治疗的效果确切,并且利于促进创面愈合,加快缓解疼痛、水肿等症状,可能与其能够促进新生血管形成的机制有关。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xingqi sanjiejiedu formula and Mayinglong Zhichuang ointment in patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods 84 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The control group(n=42)was only given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment after operation,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with Xingqi Sanjie Jiedu formula based on the conditions of the control group.The efficacy,granulation growth time and wound healing time of the two groups were compared And neovascularization.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The granulation growth time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound recovery effect score(edema,pain,etc.)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Neovascularization indexes(VEGF,pdfg,etc.)showed that the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingqi Sanjie Jiedu formula and Mayinglong Zhichuang ointment are effective in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids,which can promote wound healing,relieve pain,edema and other symptoms,which may be related to the mechanism of promoting neovascularization.
