利多卡因乳膏联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效

Efficacy of Lidocaine Cream Combined with Pregabalin Capsules in the Treatment of Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的研究利多卡因乳膏与普瑞巴林联合治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者影响。方法选取2019年1月-12月河南科技大学第一附属医院206例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组(n=102例)与研究组(n=104例)。对照组口服普瑞巴林治疗,研究组在此基础上联合利多卡因乳膏,持续治疗8周。比较两组疼痛程度、炎症水平及不良反应。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组IL-6水平低于对照组、IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组头晕、腹泻、皮肤反应、嗜睡等不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利多卡因乳膏与普瑞巴林联合治疗可有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者痛觉,减轻炎症水平,推荐使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of lidocaine cream combined with pregabalin capsules in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 206 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia in First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January to December 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=102)received oral pregabalin capsules,while study group(n=104)lidocaine cream combined with pregabalin capsules.Treatment in both groups lasted for 8 weeks.The pain degree,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results VAS score was decreased in both groups after treatment,and was lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a decrease in IL-6 level and an increase in IL-10 level in both groups,and study group had lower IL-6 level and higher IL-10 level than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,diarrhea,skin reactions,and drowsiness showed no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of lidocaine cream combined with pregabalin capsules in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia can effectively alleviate the pain degree,reduce the body inflammation level.
