IKAP模式的护理对肥胖合并糖尿病患者血糖控制与自我管理效能的影响

Effect of IKAP model nursing on blood glucose control and self-management efficiency of obese patients with diabetes mellitus

目的研究信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)模式的护理对肥胖合并糖尿病患者血糖控制与自我管理效能的影响。方法选取2019年1月2020年10月我院100例肥胖合并糖尿病患者,将2019年1月-9月入院的50例患者作为对照组,2019年10月-2020年10月入院的50例患者作为研究组。对照组常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施IKAP模式的护理。比较两组干预后血糖水平控制情况、自我管理效能及治疗依从性。结果护理后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后研究组血糖监测、规律锻炼、饮食控制、用药遵嘱、足部护理、高低血糖预防与处理评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IKAP模式的护理可有效控制肥胖合并糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高自我管理效能与治疗依从性,有助于病情好转,推荐使用。

Objective To study the effect of information knowledge belief behavior(IKAP)nursing on blood glucose control and self-management efficacy of obese patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 obese patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients admitted from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given IKAP nursing on this basis.Blood glucose control,self-management efficacy and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of blood glucose monitoring,regular exercise,diet control,medication compliance,foot care,prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IKAP nursing mode can effectively control the blood glucose level of obese patients with diabetes mellitus,improve self-management efficiency and treatment compliance,help to improve the condition,and is recommended.
