民办高校治理能力现代化的三重维度探讨

民办高校治理能力现代化是高等教育治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。民办高校要按照治理现代化的内在逻辑,从治理主体、治理方式和治理价值三个维度兴利除弊、革故鼎新,推进学校治理能力现代化。在治理主体上,要实现由举办者控制的单边治理模式转向更有利于发展的多元利益主体参与的共同治理模式,切实维护各利益主体的权益;在治理方式上,要摆脱人治的困扰,构建“五位一体”的法人治理结构,实现从“个人治理”转向“制度治理”,切实提高民办高校治理能力;在治理价值上,以公益性为民办高校治理能力现代化的目标取向与价值旨归,最大限度地实现教育公益性。
