摘要 提出了一种基于网络功率分解的实时碳流计算方法,旨在克服传统方法无法保障碳流公平分摊的不足。该方法以有损网络为基础,采用复功率跟踪的思想,将支路损耗等效为虚拟电源或负荷,分别形成等价的无损网络;然后引入可调网损分配系数,将顺流跟踪与逆流跟踪方法相结合,成功实现了网损碳排放的双向分摊。考虑到实时碳流分摊比例失衡问题,将新能源机组作为负荷处理,并将实际功率网络分解为基础网络和偏差网络,分别计算其基础碳流值和碳流修正量,从而得到了满足公平分摊原则的系统实际碳流分布。算例测试结果表明,上述方法提高了碳流分摊的准确性与公平性,有效解决了新能源降碳贡献无法量化、隐含碳排放难以准确计量的问题,具有一定的实用价值与参考意义。 This paper proposed a real-time carbon flow calculation method based on network power decomposition,which aims to solve the shortcomings of the traditional methods that cannot guarantee the fair distribution of carbon flow.Based on the lossy network and adopting the idea of complex power tracing,the branch loss can be modeled as a virtual power supply or load to form a lossless network.By introducing an adjustable distribution coefficient,the upstream power tracing and downstream tracing are combined to realize the two-way allocation of network loss carbon emission.Considering the imbalance of real-time carbon flow allocation,each renewable generation unit is treated as a load,and the real-time power network is decomposed into the basic power network and power deviation network.Then,the basic value and correction of carbon flow are calculated respectively,so as to obtain the actual carbon flow distribution with fair apportionment guaranteed.The test results show that this method can improve the accuracy and fairness of carbon flow allocation.Moreover,it can effectively solve the problems of the inability to quantify the contribution of renewable energy to carbon reduction and the difficulty in accurately measuring the implicit carbon emissions,which has certain practical value and reference significance.
