国外学校价值观教育课程及其实施路径

Research on the School Curriculum Path of Values Education Abroad

学校课程向来在青少年价值观形成和发展过程中发挥着重要而独特的作用。深入研究国外价值观教育课程的整体样貌与实施效果,对新时代进一步创新发展我国学校价值观教育课程具有重要意义。从课程论的视角出发,依照“专门性”“综合性”“实践性”的原则,总体上可以将国外价值观教育课程划分为以公民课程和道德课程为代表的专门课程、以历史课程为代表的综合课程和以“服务学习”为代表的活动课程三大类。本文依托“在线可访问样本数据库”,对美国、日本、俄罗斯等10个国家6274份样本开展调查研究和分析。结果表明:专门课程相较于综合课程的影响更大;社会科学类课程在综合课程中的影响更为突出;活动课程相较于学科课程的影响更大。

School curriculum has always been playing an important and unique role in the formation and development of young people’s values.An in-depth study of the overall appearance and implementation effects of values education curriculum abroad is of great significance for the further innovation and development of values education curriculum in the new era in China.From the perspective of curriculum theory,according to the principles of“specialization”,“comprehensiveness”and“practicality”,values education curriculum can be divided into three categories:special courses represented by citizenship courses and morality courses,comprehensive courses represented by history courses and activity courses represented by“service learning”.Based on the“Online Accessible Sample Database”,this paper investigates and analyzes 6274 samples from 10 countries such as the United States,Japan and Russia.The results show that:special courses have a greater impact than comprehensive courses;the influence of social science courses in comprehensive courses is more prominent;activity courses have a greater impact than subject courses.
