认知、价值、实践——新时代党内政治文化建设的三维度

Cognition,Value and Practice:Three Dimensions of the Construction of Political Culture Within the Party in the New Era

马克思主义是在实践中追求人的自由与全面发展的学说,蕴含着认知、价值、实践三个维度,故而用三个维度来分析新时代党内政治文化建设,更能使研究引向深入。十八大以来,在全面从严治党的实践中,习近平对新时代党内政治文化建设进行了深入思考,发表了一系列重要论述。研究新时代党内政治文化建设,以马克思主义理论为指导,必须准确认识党内政治文化的历史、来源、性质;必须以理想信念为核心,消除特权思想和特权现象,倡导共产党人价值观,坚持以人民为中心的价值取向;通过加强理想信念教育、建章立制和系列活动践行党内政治文化建设,体现中国共产党的求是创新精神,并立足于党的建设实践,党内政治文化认知、价值维度统一于伟大工程中。

Marxism is the theory of pursuing human freedom and all-round development in practice,containing three dimensions of cognition,value,and practice,with which can go into the research of the construction of political culture within the party in the new era.Since the 18 th Party Congress in 2012,President Xi Jinping has given in-depth thoughts on its construction and delivered a series of important statements in the practice of ensuring full and strict governance over the Party.To study the construction of political culture within the party in the new era with Marxist theory as the guide,we must accurately learn its history,origin and nature,eliminate privileged thinking and relevant phenomena with ideals and convictions as the core,advocate Communist values and adhere to the people-centered philosophy.We should practice it through strengthening education on ideals and convictions,making regulations and a series of activities,reflecting the spirit of seeking truth and innovation of the Communist Party of China.Besides,it is necessary to unify the political and cultural cognition and value dimension in the great project based on the construction of the party.
