摘要
定向钻在燃气管道施工中已越来越多的被采用,这项新技术不仅使工程更加高效、快捷,也大大的节约了工程成本。但在长距离穿越岩石地层山体的铺设燃气管道工程中,仍然存在着很多的疑难问题无法解决,导致穿越的成功率很低。本文从作业场地、泥浆配制、导向轨迹施工、焊口防腐等方面分析了穿越的施工难点,并解析了定向钻在长距离穿越岩石山体铺设高压燃气管道工程中的具体应用分析结果表明,控制定向穿越施工中的难点和关键工序是提高定向穿越的成功率关键因素本文为今后此类工程的成功实施提供了技术参考。
Directional drilling has been widely used in gas pipeline construction.This new technology not only makes the project more efficient and faster,but also greatly saves the project cost.However,a lot of difficult problems have not been solved,leading to poor success rate of long-distance crossing lithostratigraphic mountain in the gas pipeline project.Therefore,the construction difficulties of long-distance crossing lithostratigraphic mountain in the gas pipeline project including mud preparation,guiding track construction and welding joint corrosion prevention were summarized in this paper.The analysis results show that the key factors to improve the success rate of directional crossing are the difficulties and key processes in controlling directional crossing construction.This research also provides a technical reference for the successful implementation of such projects in the future.
