文化治理视域下“农家书屋+儿童教育”运作模式发展研究 被引量:10

摘要 农家书屋是以实现文化普遍均等,提升乡村居民文化素养为根本出发点的公共阅读工程。近些年,“农家书屋+儿童教育”服务模式逐渐成为寻求农家书屋发展的重要渠道之一,而由于种种原因却难见其形成规模,可持续发展问题亟需解决。为促进农家书屋与基层儿童教育有机融合,对农家书屋提质增效提供新思路,本文探讨了当前“农家书屋+儿童教育”服务模式发展中的特点及弊端,在此基础上,引入文化治理视角,构建“以点带面”的“农家书屋+儿童教育”模式,主张打造典型书屋、产生社会影响、形成服务辐射,让农家书屋成为“有资源、有团队、有内容”的乡村第二课堂,为乡村儿童带来真切的关怀与帮助。 The rural library is a public reading project based on the realization of universal equality of culture and the promotion of cultural literacy of rural residents. In recent years, the service model of "rural library + children’s education" has gradually become an important channel for the development of rural library. But, it is difficult to see its scale due to various reasons, and the issue of sustainable development needs to be solved urgently. In order to promote the organic integration of rural library and children’s education, provide new ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of rural libraries, this paper discusses the characteristics and drawbacks of the current service model of "rural library + children’s education", on this basis, introduces the perspective of cultural governance, builds a model of "rural library + children’s education" with a "point-to-face" thought, it holds the opinion of constructing a typical rural library, producing social impacts, forming service radiation, and it is hoped that rural library can become a rural second classroom with "resources, team, and content", and bring real care and help to rural children.
