摘要
采用2-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸对异丁烯基聚氧乙烯醚进行改性,然后与丙烯酸共聚合成了一种TC型聚羧酸减水剂,并对其机理进行了分析。试验结果表明:与普通型聚羧酸减水剂相比,TC型聚羧酸减水剂在不降低分散性的基础上,在混凝土体系中具有较好的持久锁水性,可有效弥补普通型聚羧酸减水剂因过掺导致的混凝土离析、泌水等问题,且具有良好的抗泥性。
Isobutenyl polyoxyethylene ether was modified by 2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid,then a TC type polycarboxylic acid water reducer was copolymerized with acrylic acid,and its mechanism was analyzed.The test results show that compared with the traditional type,on the basis of not reducing the dispersion performance,TC type polycarboxylic acid water reducer has lasting water locking property in the concrete system,which effectively makes up for the problems of concrete segregation and bleeding caused by over mixing of the traditional polycarboxylic acid water reducer.It also has good mud resistant property.
