摘要
针对潮湿骨料造成袋装干混料抗压强度下降问题,采用吸水性高分子材料聚丙烯酸钠为外加剂,研究骨料含水率以及聚丙烯酸钠对干混料抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,随着骨料含水率的增大,存放的干混料的抗压强度明显下降,掺入适量的聚丙烯酸钠可有效保证潮湿骨料干混料在存放过程中的抗压强度;当粗骨料含水率为0.5%、细骨料含水率为1.5%时,掺入6 kg/m3聚丙烯酸钠的干混料7、14、28 d抗压强度分别比干燥骨料干混料提高了2.0%、3.3%、2.5%。
In view of the decrease of compressive strength of bagged dry mixture caused by wet aggregate,the effects of water content of aggregate and sodium polyacrylate on the compressive strength of dry mixture were studied by using water absorbent polymer sodium polyacrylate as admixture.The test results show that the compressive strength of the stored dry mixture decreases obviously with the increase of aggregate moisture content.When the moisture content of coarse aggregate is 0.5%and the moisture content of fine aggregate is 1.5%,the 7,14 and 28 d compressive strength of 6 kg/m3 sodium polyacrylate dry mixture increases by 2.0%,3.3%and 2.5%respectively compared with that of dry aggregate dry mixture,which can effectively ensure the compressive strength of wet aggregate dry mixture during storage.
