摘要
以市政污泥、页岩、炉渣、渣土为原料,利用模压成型法制备烧结砖,研究了市政污泥掺量、烧结温度、成型压力3个因素对烧结砖抗压强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:原料的最佳配比为,20%市政污泥、32%页岩、32%渣土、16%炉渣;最佳工艺条件为,成型水分13%、成型压力15 MPa、烧结温度1000℃、保温时间30 min。该条件下所制备烧结砖的抗压强度为17.90 MPa,吸水率为17.6%。
Sintered bricks were prepared from municipal sludge,shale,slag and residue,and the influence of municipal sludge dosage,sintering temperature and molding pressure on the compressive strength and water absorption of sintered bricks was studied.The results show that the optimal ratio of raw materials is 20%municipal sludge,32%shale,32%residue and 16%slag.The optimum process conditions were as follows:forming water 13%,forming pressure 15 MPa,roasting temperature 1000℃and holding time 30 min.The compressive strength and water absorption of the sintered brick prepared under this conditions are 17.90 MPa and 17.6%respectively.
