突发公共卫生事件视角下国内外图书馆应急服务模式分析

Study and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Library Emergency Service Models from the Perspective of Public Health Emergency

文章结合CNKI与WebofScience数据库的文献资源,运用LDA模型与Vosviewer等工具来对比分析国内外图书馆应对新冠肺炎疫情的应急服务措施,厘清国内外图书馆在应对突发公共卫生事件中的应急服务模式,为“后疫情时代”优化图书馆应急服务提出相应建议,以期提升图书馆面对突发公共卫生事件的应急服务能力。

This article combines CNKI and Web of Science database literature resources,uses LDA model and Vosviewer tools to compare and analyze the emergency service measures of domestic and foreign libraries to deal with the virus,clarifies the emergency service mode of domestic and foreign libraries to deal with the sudden public health emergencies,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for libraries in post-epidemic era,to improve the library emergency service ability in face of public health emergencies.
