摘要 为满足混凝土耐久性要求,本文采用机制砂配置C40大流态混凝土,通过大流态混凝土配合比设计,给出混凝土拌制时原材料用量,最后对拌合物进行和易性测定及性能检测。根据试验结果,分析矿物掺合料和减水剂等因素对混凝土拌合物和易性的影响,最终给出矿物掺合料合理掺量以及减水剂减水率及其掺量,对大流态混凝土耐久性、工程应用环境及经济性具有重要意义。 In this paper, machine-made sand is used to configure C40 large-flow concrete. Through the design of large-flow concrete mix ratio, the amount of raw materials is given, and the concrete is mixed. Finally, the workability and performance testing of the mixture are carried out. According to the test results, the influence of factors such as mineral admixture and water reducer on the workability of concrete mixtures is analyzed, and finally the reasonable dosage of mineral admixtures and the water-reducing rate and dosage of water reducer are given. The durability of fluidized concrete, engineering application environment and economy are of great significance.
