摘要
近年来,随着系统治疗的发展,Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者的预后得到明显改善。Ⅳ期乳腺癌原发灶和转移灶的局部治疗能否进一步延长患者生存期,目前仍存在争议。本文将就Ⅳ期乳腺癌局部治疗的相关热点问题进行探讨。
In recent years,with the development of systemic treatment,the prognosis of patients with stageⅣbreast cancer has been significantly improved.Whether local treatment for primary lesions and metastatic lesions can further prolong the survival time is still controversial.In this article,we will discuss hot issues of the local treatment of stageⅣbreast cancer.
