模拟海洋大气环境对XCS⁃lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢腐蚀行为的影响

Influence of simulated marine atmospheric environment on corrosion behaviors of XCS⁃lode steel and 30CrNi3Mo steel

摘要 采用盐雾腐蚀试验方法,研究了模拟海洋大气环境下XCS⁃lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢的腐蚀性能,通过极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)试验研究了两种钢在腐蚀行为上的差异。结果表明:XCS⁃lode钢相比30CrNi3Mo钢具有更高的自腐蚀电位,XCS⁃lode钢腐蚀产物膜的阻抗明显大于30CrNi3Mo钢,XCS⁃lode钢的耐海洋大气腐蚀性能优于30CrNi3Mo钢。 The corrosion properties of XCS⁃lode steel and 30CrNi3Mo steel was studied in simulated marine atmospheric en⁃vironment by the experimental method of salt⁃spray corrosion.The difference in corrosion behaviors of two steels was inves⁃tigated by polarization curve test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)test.The results showed that the XCS⁃lode steel had higher self⁃corrosion potential compared to the 30CrNi3Mo steel.The impedance of corrosion product film of XCS⁃lode steel was significantly higher than that of 30CrNi3Mo steel.In the marine atmospheric environment,XCS⁃lode steel exhibited better corrosion resistance than 30CrNi3Mo steel.
