改良纵切U形卷管法尿道成形术在小儿尿道下裂的应用研究

目的 研究分析改良纵切U形卷管法尿道成形术用于小儿尿道下裂的治疗价值.方法 选取中山市人民医院收治的60例男性尿道下裂患儿,选取时间均在2019年1月-2020年12月之间,依照随机数字法,将其平均划分为对照组(30例,常规纵切U形卷管法Snodgrass手术治疗方式)与观察组(30例,改良纵切U形卷管法尿道成形术治疗方式),对两组患儿的手术出血量、平均手术时长、治疗效果、并发症发生情况进行对比观察.结果 观察组的手术出血量、平均手术时长,相较于对照组更具优势,组间比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%、一次性手术治愈率达到96.66%,相较于对照组23.33%、76.66%优势明显,组间比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在小儿尿道下裂临床治疗中,运用改良纵切U形卷管法尿道成形术治疗效果更加理想,可缩短手术时长,减少手术出血量,降低并发症的发生概率,使患儿尽早恢复健康.

Objective To study and analyze the value of modified longitudinal U-shaped tube urethroplasty in the treatment of hypospadias in children.Methods 60 male children with hypospadias treated in our hospital were selected from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number method,they were evenly divided into the control group(30 cases,conventional longitudinal U-shaped coiled tube Snodgrass operation)and the observation group(30 cases,improved longitudinal U-shaped coiled tube urethroplasty).The amount of surgical bleeding and The average operation time,treatment effect and complications were compared and observed.Resu Its The amount of bleeding and average operation time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,and the cure rate of one-time operation was 96.66%.Compared with 23.33%and 76.66%in the reference group,the advantages of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of hypospadias in children,the effect of urethroplasty with improved longitudinal U-shaped coiled tube method is more ideal,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the probability of complications,and make the children recover to health as soon as possible.
