氟西汀联合利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者生活质量、认知功能和暴力行为的影响

Effects of fluoxetine combined with risperidone on quality of life,cognitive function and violent behavior in patients with first-episode schizophrenia

目的 探讨氟西汀联合利培酮对首发精神分裂症(first-episode?schizophrenia,FES)患者生活质量、认知功能和暴力行为的影响.方法 将广州医科大学附属第四医院2020年2月-2021年1月收治的60例FES患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例).所有患者均口服氟西汀治疗,在此基础上给予观察组加服利培酮治疗.两组均治疗12周.比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、生活质量评分、WMS-R评分和暴力行为发生率.结果 经过治疗,两组患者PANSS各方面得分均显著降低,GQOLI-74和WMS各方面得分均显著增加(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后PANSS各方面得分和暴力行为发生率显著低于对照组,GQOLI-74和WMS各方面得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在氟西汀治疗基础上联合应用利培酮能够提高FES患者的临床疗效,提高其生活质量和认知功能,减少暴力行为.

Objective To investigate the effect of fluoxetine combined with risperidone on quality of life,cognitive function and violent Behavior in patients with first-episode schizophrenia(FES).Methods The 60 FES patients admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were divided into the control group(30 patients with FES)by random number table method.cases and observation group(30 cases).All patients were treated with oral fluoxetine.and on this basis.the observation group was additionally treated with risperidone.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical symptom score,quality of life scored MS-R score and the incidence of violent behavior were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of all aspects of PANSS in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of all aspects of GQOLI-74 and WMS were significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment.the scores of PANSS and the incidence of violence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of GQOLI-74 and WMS were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of fluoxetine treatment,the combined use of risperidone can improve the clinical efficacy of FES patients,improve their quality of life and cognitive function,and reduce violent behavior.
