早期肺腺癌诊断筛查中采取高端高分辨薄层CT对准确率的价值研究

Study on the value of high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT in the diagnosis and screening of early lung adenocarcinoma on accuracy

目的 研究早期肺腺癌诊断筛查中采取高端高分辨薄层CT对准确率的价值.方法 在此研究中将疑似早期肺腺癌患者作为研究对象,45例收治时间在2019年3月-2019年6月,分别实施高端高分辨薄层CT、常规CT诊断,对比分析两组的各项指标.结果 患者实施高端高分辨薄层CT诊断后,符合率为91.11%、灵敏度为97.50%、特异性为40.00%;患者实施常规CT诊断后,患者的符合率46.67%、灵敏度为50.00%、特异性为20.00%;高端高分辨薄层CT的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异性均高于常规CT诊断,P<0.05.结论 通过对早期肺腺癌采取高端高分辨薄层CT诊断,取得显著的诊断价值,具有较高的准确率.

Objective To study the value of high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT in the early diagnosis and screening of lung adenocarcinoma.Methods In this study,the patients with suspected early lung adenocarcinoma were taken as the research object.45 cases were admitted from March 2019 to June 2019.The high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT and conventional CT diagnosis were performed respectively,then analyzed and compared the index between two groups.Resu Its After the patients were diagnosed with high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT,the coincidence rate was 91.11%,the sensitivity was 97.50%,and the specificity was 40.00%;after the routine CT diagnosis,the patient's coincidence rate was 46.67%,the sensitivity was 50.00%,and the specificity,the accuracy was 20.00%;the diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity,and specificity of high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT were higher than those of conventional CT diagnosis P<0.05.Conclusion Through high-end high-resolution thin-slice CT diagnosis of early lung adenocarcinoma,significant diagnostic value and high accuracy rate can be obtained.
