妊娠期糖尿病患者实施早期综合护理干预对其血糖控制、妊娠结局的影响探究

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者行早期综合护理措施的临床价值,并分析其对患者血糖控制与妊娠结局的影响.方法 选取天津市第二人民医院2019年2月-2020年8月收治的76例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为此次研究病例,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各38例,对照组行常规护理,研究组实施早期综合护理措施,比较两组患者的心理评分、血糖水平、妊娠结局以及分娩后的并发症发生情况,并分析新生儿血糖水平.结果 研究组心理评分(SDS、SAS)低于对照组,研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与餐后2h血糖低于对照组,研究组患者分娩孕周较长,新生儿体质量较优,产后24h出血量低于对照组,研究组出生30min血糖水平:(2.86±0.55)mmol,出生2h血糖水平:(2.75±0.31)mmol,对照组出生30min血糖水平:(2.02±0.15)mmol,出生2h血糖水平:(2.13±0.43)mmol,研究组新生儿出生30min血糖水平与出生2h血糖水平高于对照组,研究组并发症发生率为5.26%,对照组并发症发生率为23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期综合护理干预措施应用在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床价值显著,可提高血糖控制水平,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of early integrated nursing measures in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and to analyze its effect on glycemic control and pregnancy outcomes in patients.Methods A total of 76 gestational diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the cases of this study,and they were divided into a research group and a control group according to the random number table method,38 cases each,and the control group underwent routine nursing,and the research group implemented early comprehensive nursing measures,compared the psychological scores,blood glucose levels,pregnancy outcomes,and complications after childbirth of the two groups,and analyzed the neonatal blood glucose levels.Resu Its The psychological score(SDS,SAS)of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial 2h blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the patients in the study group had a longer gestational week.the neonatal body quality was better,and the blood glucose level of the postpartum 24 hours was lower than that of the control group,the blood glucose level of the 30min birth group was(2.86±0.55)mmol,the blood glucose level of the 2h birth was(2.75±0.31)mmol,and the blood glucose level of the 30min birth of the control group was(2.02±0.15)mmol,2h hlood glucose level at birth:(2.13±0.43)mmol,the blood glucose level of newborns in the research group was higher than that in the control group at 30min and 2h at birth,the complication rate in the study group was 5.26%,and the complication rate in the control group was 23.68%.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).0onclusion The clinical value of early comprehensive nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus is significant,which can improve blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
