肺癌根治术后影响胸腔引流管拔除指征的相关性临床因素探讨

The clinical factors of the relationship between the removal of the thoracic drainage tube after radical resection of lung cancer

目的 探讨肺癌根治术后影响胸腔引流管拔除指征的相关性临床因素.方法 回顾性分析肺癌根治术患者术后胸腔引流管的引流量、血压、引流液体颜色、脓液量、肺膨胀、自主呼吸情况等因素,利用SAS9.4软件进行单因素和因素非条件Logistic逐步回归分析.结果 Logistic逐步回归分析提示引流量、血压、引流液颜色、脓液量、肺膨胀、自主呼吸等因素是影响肺癌根治术后胸腔引流管拔除指征的主要影响因素.结论 肺癌根治术后应对胸腔引流管拔除指征的影响因素进行针对性护理和观测,保证引流管拔除时机的准确性和降低拔除创伤.

Objective To investigate the clinical factors associated with the removal of the thoracic drainage tube after radical resection of lung cancer.Method Retrospective analysis of the drainage volume,hlood pressure,blood pressure,drainage of liquid,liquid volume Jung expansion,and independent respiration of patients with lung cancer after radical resection of lung cancer.SAS9.4 software was used to analyze the factors of single factor and Logistic regressio n analysis.Result Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that blood pressure,blood pressure,drainage fluid color,purulent fluid volume.lung expansion,respiratory and other factors were the main factors affecting the removal of the drainage tube after radical operation of lung cancer.Conclusion The influence factors of the removal of the thoracic drainage tube after radical operation of lung cancer were targeted for nursing and observation.The accuracy of the removal of the drainage tube and the removal of trauma were ensured.
