摘要
人乳是成分复杂且高度可变的生物液体,对婴儿肠道成熟、免疫功能、疾病预防具有重要意义。本文通过介绍人乳中“营养”和“非营养”成分的研究现状及检测方法,以帮助医生深入认识母乳喂养优点、纠正临床工作中人乳成分检测的误区;同时建议未来以“生物系统”观念研究人乳的健康效应,促进特定功能人乳成分的临床转化。
