摘要 文章通过室内对比试验,探讨了膨胀剂和减缩剂对水工混凝土抗裂性、抗冲击韧性、自身体积变形、基本力学性能和抗冲磨强度的影响。试验表明,掺DC-C10膨胀剂使得混凝土的180d抗拉强度和极限拉伸值出现倒缩现象,相对于同龄期混凝土能够降低约20%的抗冲磨强度,较基准混凝土后期自生体积收缩增大;掺BT-5001减缩剂可降低极限拉伸值和强度,但能够抑制干缩与体积收缩,有利于增强混凝土抗裂性能。 The effects of expansion agent and shrinkage reducing agent on hydraulic concrete crack resistance,impact toughness,autovolumetric deformation,basic mechanical properties and wear-resisting strength are discussed through laboratory tests.The results show that the 180d tensile strength and ultimate tensile value of concrete with dC-C10 expansion agent are inverted,and the impact wear strength of concrete can be reduced by about 20%compared with that of concrete at the same age,and the autogenous volume shrinkage of reference concrete is increased at the later stage.Adding BT-5001 shrinkage reducer can reduce the ultimate tensile value and strength,but can inhibit the dry shrinkage and volume shrinkage,which is beneficial to enhance the crack resistance of concrete.
