摘要
文章利用稳定渗流法测定了5种不同配合比的水工混凝土水渗透系数,并对混凝土孔隙分布、总孔隙率等微观结构利用MIP法进行了测试。试验结果表明:在水胶比较大的情况下混凝土水渗透性明显增大;总孔隙率与混凝土的水渗透性具有较好相关性,而孔径分布对其影响占主导作用;100-1000nm的孔径贡献率与混凝土水渗透性密切相关,两者的相关系数>0.95,混凝土渗透性评价以该区间的孔径贡献率为主。
In this experiment,the water permeability coefficient of hydraulic concrete with five different mixing ratios was measured by the method of stable seepage,and the microstructures of concrete such as total porosity of pore distribution were tested by the method of MIP.The results show that the water permeability of concrete increases obviously when the water-binder ratio is large;the total porosity has a good correlation with the water permeability of concrete,and the pore size distribution has a dominant effect on it;the pore size contribution rate of 100-1000nm is closely related to the water permeability of concrete,and the correlation coefficient between the two is more than 0.95,the evaluation of concrete permeability is mainly based on the contribution rate of pore size.
