中国台湾地区公职人员财产强制信托的电子化过程及成效研究

Research on the Electronic Process of Property Compulsory Trust of Public Officials in Taiwan and Its Effectiveness

简要介绍了中国台湾地区公职人员财产强制信托的概念和内涵、以及财产强制信托电子化过程的缘起,并对近30年的电子化过程分为两个阶段进行了梳理,最后对财产强制信托电子化的实施效果及存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了相应的对策与建议。台湾地区公职人员财产强制信托制度实施后,台湾地区当局大力推动电子化管理,使得这一制度快速实现了“电子化(E化)”,也极大促进了这项制度的有效实施。

This article briefly introduces the concept and connotation of the compulsory property trust for public officials in Taiwan,and the origin of the e(electronics)-administration process of compulsory property trust.Then the 30-year e-administration process is divided into two stages to be sorted out.Finally,the effect of the implementation and existing problems of the e-government of compulsory property trust are analyzed and discussed.And the strategies and suggestions corresponding to them are put forward.After the implementation of the compulsory property trust system for public officials in Taiwan region of China,electronic Administration are vigorously promoted.This makes this system quickly achieves the e-administration and also greatly facilitates the effective execution of this system.
