摘要 随着网络技术的发展,网络传输的数据量不断提升。这对网络交换机的传输速率提出了新的要求。10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+光模块在此背景下诞生,其能够满足交换机高传输速率的需求。现在市面上交换机厂商较多,而交换机性能参差不齐。如何设计兼容性好、性能窗口大、性能稳定的 10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+ 光模块,尤其重要。为此,阐述激光器的特性及 10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+光模块的设计理念,从而保证光模块性能稳定。 With the development of network technology, the amount of data transmitted by the network is increasing. This puts forward new requirements for the transmission rate of network switch. 10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+optical module was born under this background, which can meet the needs of high transmission rate of switch. Now there are many switch manufacturers on the market, and the performance of switches is uneven. How to design a 10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+ optical module with good compatibility, large performance window and stable performance is particularly important. Therefore, the characteristics of the laser and the design concept of 10 Gb·s^(-1) SFP+ optical module are described, so as to ensure the stable performance of the optical module.
