重型运载火箭发动机机架与舱段传力结构一体化拓扑优化设计 被引量:7

摘要 运载火箭发动机机架与舱段传力结构主要负责将发动机的推力载荷有效传递至箭体壳段,是火箭结构系统中的关键部位。为充分考虑重型运载火箭发动机机架与舱段传力结构之间的耦合影响,寻找合理的传力路径并实现结构高效承载,对其开展了联合最优传力路径分析及结构优化设计。考虑变形、质量、设计空间、制造约束等设计要求,以整体刚度最大化为目标,建立了火箭发动机机架与舱段传力结构的优化模型,开展了一体化优化设计工作;讨论了发动机机架与舱段传力结构间的连接区域参数对整体结构设计的影响,给出了相关设计建议。 Rocket engine frame and force transmission structure,which are used to transmit the engineforce to rocket shell,are the key parts of launch vehicle structure system.In order to fully consider the coupling effect between the heavy rocket engine frame and the force-transmitting structure,find a reasonable transmission path and realize the efficient load-bearing,the joint optimal transmission path analysis and structural optimization design were carried out.Considering design requirements such as deformation,weight,design space and manufacturing constraints.For purpose of maximizing overall stiffness,the optimization model of the rocket engine frame and the force transmission structure was established,and the integrated optimization design was carried out.Besides,the influence of the parameters of the connection area between the engine frame and force transmission structure on the overall structure design was discussed,and relevant design suggestions were given.
