武汉地区小城镇分类引导建设策略

Research on classified guidance construction strategy of small towns in Wuhan

小城镇是城乡统筹建设的重要载体,而差异化建设是小城镇发展面临的重要问题。基于小城镇提升改造的视角,以武汉市小城镇建设为例,深入研究武汉市小城镇发展建设短板,依据城镇区位、人口、经济及产业的综合分析,研究在区域整治等方面所承担的作用,提出三种小城镇建设分类,并研究分类小城镇的建设发展。

Small towns are an important carrier for the overall construction of urban and rural areas,and differentiated construction is an important issue facing the development of small towns.Based on the perspective of small town upgrading and transformation,taking the construction of small towns in Wuhan as an example,this paper deeply studies the shortcomings of the development and construction of small towns in Wuhan.According to the comprehensive analysis of the location,population,economy and industry of small towns,this paper also studies the roles of small towns in regional regulation and other aspects.Finally,three classifications of small town construction are proposed to study the construction and development of classified small towns.
