武汉市共享民宿线上评论的特征分析

Characteristic analysis of online comments of shared homestays in Wuhan

为了探索房客对民宿打分的关键要素,以武汉民宿在爱彼迎(Airbnb)上的评价为研究样本,采用ROST Content Mining 6软件,运用文本分析法,分析了武汉市共享民宿线上评论的特征。研究表明:不管是正向评论还是负向评论,房客对民宿的关注点均集中在房间设施、房东态度、地理位置、住房体验四个部分,其中,“房间设施”被提及次数最多,热情好客的房东会提高房客对民宿的好感,交通是否便利也是房客格外关注的重点,而住宿体验决定了房客对民宿的最终评价。研究以期为武汉市共享民宿的发展提供借鉴和启示。

In order to explore the key elements of tenants'scoring of B&B,this paper takes the evaluation of Wuhan B&B in Airbnb(Airbnb)as a research sample,uses ROST Content Mining 6 software,and analyzes the characteristics of online comments by using text analysis method.Research shows that whether there are positive or negative comments,tenants focus on four parts,including the room facilities,landlord attitude,geographical location,housing experience,among which“room facilities”is mentioned the most,hospitable landlord will improve the tenant of home stay facility,and the convenience of transportation is also the focus of the guests'special attention,while the accommodation experience determines the final evaluation of tenant of homestay facility.The research is expected to provide reference and inspiration for the development of shared B&B in Wuhan.
