基于PLC小型雕刻机的X/Y轴控制系统设计

The design of X/Y axis control system of small engraving machine based on PLC

针对小型雕刻机的X/Y轴控制,设计了一款基于FX3U-64MT/ES-A型PLC与FX2N-20GM定位模块相结合的双轴控制系统,其中PLC主单元进行系统的整体逻辑控制,定位模块进行X/Y轴的定位和插补控制。根据控制系统的需求,结合PC机与HMI的应用,完成了控制系统的硬件部分和软件部分的设计。该系统具有可靠性高、可拓展性强、人机交互方便、易于操作等特点。

Aiming at the X/Y axis control of small engraving machine,a dual axis control system based on FX3U-64MT/ES-A PLC and FX2N-20GM positioning module is designed.The PLC main unit controls the overall logic of the system,and the positioning module controls the positioning and interpolation of X/Y axis.According to the requirements of the control system,combined with the application of PC and HMI,the hardware and software of the control system are designed.The system has the characteristics of high reliability,strong expansibility,convenient human-computer interaction and easy operation.
