3D打印大型仪器设备的实验室建设与课程设计

摘要 随着3D打印技术的快速发展,大型仪器设备已经逐步应用于各行各业,行业用人需求迫切。为进一步培养贴合行业需求的本科应用人才,提出应有针对性地建设3D打印大型仪器设备实验室,明确实验室建设的重点内容及注意事项,设计3D打印大型仪器设备课程,以OBE理念为指导,进行四个层次的课程教学。蚌埠学院建设完成了3D打印创新实验室,开展了教学实践工作,有效提升了师生的专业能力,学生的就业渠道扩展至增材制造行业,可为应用型高校相关实验室的建设和课程设计提供参考。 With the rapid development of 3D printing technology,large instruments and equipment have been gradually applied in various industries,and the industry has an urgent demand for employment.In order to further cultivate undergraduate application-oriented talents that meet the needs of the industry,we purposefully build 3D printing large instrument and equipment laboratory,clarify the key contents and considerations of laboratory construction,design 3D printing large instrument and equipment courses,and teach four levels of courses with the OBE concept as the guidance.Bengbu University has completed the construction of 3D printing innovation laboratory,carried out teaching practice work,effectively enhanced the professional ability of faculty students,and extended the employment channels of students to the additive manufacturing industry,which provides reference for the construction of relevant laboratories and curriculum design in applied universities.
