摘要
目的:筛选超声提取槐角中槐角苷的最佳工艺方法和参数,为槐角苷的生产提供简便、高效的提取方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测槐角苷得率,作为评价指标,在单因素考察的基础上采用正交试验法确定槐角中槐角苷超声提取方法的最佳工艺条件。结果:超声提取槐角中槐角苷的最佳工艺条件为料液比8∶1mL/g、提取时间为30min、提取温度为10~20℃、乙醇浓度为80%,在该工艺条件下槐角苷得率为5.2%。结论:该优选工艺合理可行,可用于工业化提取。
Objective:To find the best method and parameters of locust side in Sophora Japonica by ultrasonic extraction and provide simple and efficient extraction method for the production of locust side.Methods:The yield rate of locust side was obtained by HPLC method was used as the evaluation method.Results:The optimal process condition for ultrasonic extraction of locust keratinine in Sophora Japonica is the extraction ratio of 8∶1mL/g,of 30min,the extraction temperature of 10~20℃,the ethanol concentration of 80%,and the yield rate of 5.2%;Conclusion:The preferred process is reasonably feasible and can be extended to industrial extraction.
