血必净注射液治疗老年重症肺炎合并心力衰竭临床研究

Clincal Study of Xuebijing Injection Treatment of Severe Pneumonia and Heart Failure in Elderly Patients

目的:探讨血必净注射液对老年重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法:选择老年重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者107例,随机分为常规组(53例)和血必净组(54例),分别给予常规治疗和常规方法联合血必净注射液治疗。于治疗前及治疗后2周,测定患者血清N端脑钠肽前体(NTproBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、白细胞(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT);彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左室射血分数(LVEF)水平;观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清PCT、hsCRP、WBC、NT-proBNP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血清PCT、hsCRP、WBC、NT-proBNP含量均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),LVEF水平升高(P<0.05);血必净组治疗效果优于常规组(P<0.05),平均住院天数短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液可减轻老年重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者的炎症反应,减少心肌损伤,促进心功能恢复,缩短住院时间,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection on elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods:107elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into routine group(53cases)and Xuebijing group(54cases).Serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),leukocyte(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)were measured before and 2weeks after treatment;The level of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was measured by color Doppler echocardiography,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,serum PCT,hsCRP,WBC and NT-proBNP was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum PCT,hsCRP,WBC and NT-proBNP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of LVEF was higher(P<0.05).The treatment effect of Xuebijing group was better than that of routine group(P<0.05),and the average length of hospital stay was shorter than that of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection can reduce the inflammatory reaction of elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure,reduce myocardial injury,promote the recovery of cardiac function and shorten the hospital stay.It is worthy of further clinical application.
