强筋补骨汤对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者髋关节功能及PLT、D-D、IL-13水平的影响

Effect of Qiangjin Bugu Decoction on Hip Joint Function and PLT,D-D,IL-13Levels in Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的:探讨强筋补骨汤对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者髋关节功能及PLT、D-D、IL-13水平的影响。方法:选取股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者70例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组35例,对照组35例。对照组患者采用术后抗感染、康复训练等常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上运用强筋补骨汤治疗,康复训练及强筋补骨汤治疗均为4周,并跟踪随访12个月。比较两组患者治疗后下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、完全负重下地时间、治疗3~12个月后的Harris髋关节评分,治疗前后的血浆PLT、D-D、血清IL-13水平以及治疗期间的并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者下床活动、完全负重下地、骨折愈合的时间等术后情况,与对照组患者比较,所需时间更短;两组患者治疗3~12个月后的Harris髋关节评分均呈逐渐升高趋势,观察组患者高于对照组患者;两组患者血浆PLT、D-D水平,经治疗后水平均降低,与对照组患者比较,观察组患者处于更低水平;治疗后,两组患者血清IL-13水平均升高,与对照组患者比较,观察组患者处于较低水平(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组并发症总发生率(8.58%)低于对照组发生率(28.57%)(P<0.05)。结论:强筋补骨汤可有效减轻股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者的应激反应,降低PLT、D-D、IL-13水平,缓解高凝状态,进而可促进骨质愈合,利于髋关节功能恢复,且安全性较高,利于预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qiangjin Bugu Decoction on hip joint function and PLT,D-D and IL-13 levels in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:70postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected as the research object.70patients were randomly divided into two groups,35cases in the observation group and 35cases in the control group.Routine treatments such as postoperative anti-infection and rehabilitation training were applied to the control group.On the basis of the control group,the treatment of Qiangjin Bugu Decoction was applied to the observation group.Rehabilitation training and Qiangjin Bugu Decoction took 4 weeks.And follow up for 12months.The two groups were compared the time to get out of bed after treatment,time to fully load the ground,fracture healing time,Harris hip score after 3to 12months of treatment,plasma PLT,D-D,serum IL-13levels before and after treatment,and complications during treatment symptoms occurred.Results:After treatment,the patients in the observation group postoperative conditions such as getting out of bed,going to the ground with full weight,and fracture healing time were compared with the control group,and the time required was shorter;The Harris hip score of the two groups increased gradually after 3~12months of treatment;and the patients in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group;The plasma levels of PLT and D-D in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was at a lower level compared with the control group;After treatment,the levels of serum IL-13in the two groups increased.Compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group were at a lower level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.58%,which was lower than that in the control group,which was 28.57%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangjin Bugu Decoction can more effectively reduce the stress response of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,reduce the levels of PLT,DD,and IL-13,relieve the hypercoagulable state,and promote bone healing,which is beneficial to hip joint function recovery,and the safety is high,is conducive to the prognosis.
