Professor Wang Wenrong’s Experience in Treating Chronic Gastritis--Based on the Experience of Yang Chunbo,A Master of Chinese Medicine

王文荣教授治疗慢性胃炎,注重辨病、辨证、辨症相结合。辨病抓其主症,辨证分其寒热,辨症辨其虚实。首辨其病,其次辨证,再据兼症加减化裁。对于脾气虚弱者,用六君子汤化裁(香砂六君子汤、归芍六君子汤、柴芍六君子汤);胆胃不和、痰热内扰者,用温胆汤(黄连温胆汤、柴芩温胆汤);肝胃郁热、气机阻滞者,用化肝煎;痰气交阻者,用半夏厚朴汤;脾虚湿盛者,用参苓白术散(七味白术散)。王文荣教授在临床应用中常结合病、证、症,选择合方联用,或单方加减。除应用药物外,王教授强调需调畅情志、平衡饮食、适当运动,配合药物方有佳效。

Objective:Professor Wang Wenrong’s treatment of chronic gastritis focuses on the combination of disease differentiation,dialectics,and symptom differentiation.The main symptom should be grasped by the disease,the cold and heat are dialectically divided,and the deficiency and the truth are distinguished by the symptom.The first discriminate is the disease,and the second is dialectical,and then based on the addition and subtraction of the symptoms.For those with weak spleen,use Liujunzi decoction(Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,Guishao Liujunzi decoction,Chaishao Liujunzi decoction);for those with gallbladder and stomach discordance,phleg M-Heat internal disturbance,use Wendan Decoction(Huanglian Wendan decoction,Chaiqin Wendan decoction);for liver-stomach depression and qi block,use Huaganjian;for phlegm-qi obstruction,use Banxia Houpu decoction;for spleen deficiency and dampness,use Shenling Baizhu san(Qiwei Baizhu san).In clinical application,Professor Wang Wenrong often combines diseases,syndromes,and symptoms,choosing a combination of prescriptions,or unilateral additions and subtractions.In addition to the application of drugs,Professor Wang emphasized the need to regulate emotions,a balanced diet,appropriate exercise,and drugs to have good results.
