总结周德生教授基于“荣气虚滞”论治缺血性中风的学术思想及临证经验。周教授认为缺血性中风的病机分为荣气虚与荣气滞两方面,荣气虚指阴阳精血等精微物质的不足,荣气滞是因各种原因引起的脏腑气血郁滞,虚滞常互为因果,又可相互转化,相兼致病。临床荣气虚当以补命门之虚为主,依据阴阳精血亏损的具体情况分别予以滋补;荣气滞则以通郁滞为要,强调行气、化痰、祛瘀、通络等治法,疗效显著。

To summarizes Professor Zhou Desheng\s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of ischemic stroke based on“Rong Qi deficiency and stagnation”.Professor Zhou believes that the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke is divided into two aspects;Rong Qi deficiency and Rong Qi stagnation.Rong Qi deficiency refers to the deficiency of fine substances such as Yin and Yang,essence and blood.Rong Qi stagnation is the stagnation of Qi and blood in the viscera caused by various reasons.Deficiency stagnation often causes and causes each other,and can transform each other and cause disease.In clinic,the deficiency of Rong Qi should be mainly to replenish the deficiency of life gate,which should be replenished according to the specific situation of Yin-Yang essence and blood loss;Rongqi stagnation focuses on dredging stagnation,emphasizing the treatment of Qi,resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.
