基于“痰郁”理论刍议药源性肉芽肿性乳腺炎防治

Prevention and Treatment of Drug-Induced Granulomatous Mastitis Based on the Theory of“Phlegm Stagnation”

肉芽肿性乳腺炎为一种难治性乳腺疾病,长期服用抗精神药物的患者与GM发病存在密切联系,可称药源性GM,从“痰郁”理论入手,探讨“痰”“郁”在药源性GM发生发展过程中扮演的重要角色,治疗本病应从“痰”“郁”立法,以“化痰”“解郁”立方,兼顾健脾、疏肝、理气等使郁解痰消,气血畅通无阻,培育正气,五脏安和,诸病自除。

Granulomatous mastitis(GM)is a kind of refractory breast disease,in which the patients who take antipsychotics for a long time are closely related to the onset of GM,which can be called drug-induced GM.Starting from the theory of“phlegm stagnation”,the important role of“phlegm”and“stagnation”in the development of drug-induced GM was discussed,with the prescription of“resolving phlegm”and“relieving stagnation”,we should also strengthen the spleen,soothe the liver and regulate qi,so as to eliminate stagnation and phlegm,smooth the flow of qi and blood,cultivate healthy qi,make the five zang organs peaceful and eliminate all diseases.
