整体式天然气压缩机在气体增压、集输中占有重要地位。针对老旧的整体式压缩机组,进行在线监测系统改造,通过实时监测机组运行状况、跟踪机组状态变化趋势、综合分析预知信息、故障提前预防等手段,初步实现了压缩机远程监测与故障诊断。

Integral natural gas compressors play an important role in gas pressurization, gathering and transportation.In this paper, for the old integrated compressor unit, the online monitoring system is transformed, and the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the compressor are preliminarily realized by means of real-time monitoring of operation status, tracking the state changing trend, comprehensive analysis of predictive information, and early fault prevention.
