摘要
构建教师、行业、企业、校友、家庭五位一体育人体系,形成多方联动机制的育人模式。以课程思政改革为引导,搭建课程、实践、文化多元化平台,开展多样化的人才培养路径。实施“135”模式课程改革,更新教学内容、设计教学环节、创新教学方法和考核评价方法,形成“一中心四维度”的课程建设体系,将育人工作实施到教育教学的各个环节中,促进学生知识、能力、素质全面协调发展。
A five-in-one educational system of teachers,industries,enterprises,alumni and families has been established to form an educational model of multi-party linkage mechanism.Guided by curriculum ideological and political reform,we should build a diversified platform for curriculum,practice and culture and develop diversified talent cultivation paths.Implement"135"model curriculum reform,update teaching content,design teaching links,innovation teaching methods and assessment methods,form"one center and four dimensions"curriculum construction system.The education work will be carried out in all links of education and teaching to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of students'knowledge,ability and quality.
